My journey into filmmaking began in 2016 with my debut short film, Maman Soori's Case. After co-writing for several film and series productions, I ventured into directing and storytelling with this project, which gained international acclaim. Maman Soori's Case was officially selected and screened at over 15 festivals worldwide, including the prestigious Grade A Montreal World Film Festival. The film also earned accolades such as the Special Jury Award at the Capital Film Festival in Madrid (2018) and was featured at notable festivals like Kino Film Festival Manchester (2018) and Short Focus Film Festival (UK, 2018).
